Juicy chicken burgers packed with smoky, savoury flavour and a touch of sweetness make an easy upgrade to burger night.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Santa Fe Chiptole Honey
  • 1 lb ground chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup medium cheddar, shredded
  • 1/2 white onion, grated
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 400 �F

  2. Blend all ingredients together into large mixing bowl, form into 3/4" patties and place on parchment lined cookie sheet

  3. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until cooked through

  4. Serve with your favorite topping
