    • 1 large or small fresh tomatoes, diced
    • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 tbsp Aglio Napoletano
    • Crackers or crostini

    Preparation

    1. Blend olive oil with Aglio Napoletano.
    2. Add in tomatoes and stir gently.
    3. Prepare a serving plate with crackers or crostini and top with bruschetta mixture.
