    What You'll Need

    • Hummus:
    • 4 medium beets, roasted or boiled
    • 1 can chickpeas
    • 2 tbsp tahini paste
    • 4 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 small clove garlic
    • 1 tbsp lemon zest (approx. 2 lemons)
    • Generous pinch of Fiery Sea Salt Fresh ground pepper to taste
    • Toasts (optional):
    • 4 slices your favorite bread, toasted
    • 2 avocados, sliced
    • 3 radishes, sliced thinly
    • A handful of fresh spinach

    Instructions

    Preparation

    1. Place the beets, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest, Fiery Sea Salt and pepper in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Taste and adjust ingredients to taste.
    2. Serve as a dip or atop toast with radishes, avocado, spinach and finish with a sprinkle of Fiery Sea Salt.

    Best of all, you can whip it up with (almost) no effort!

    Ce dont vous aurez besoin

    • Hummus:
    • 4 betteraves moyennes rôties ou bouillies
    • 1 boîte pois chiches
    • 2 c. à soupe tahini
    • 4 c. à soupe jus de citron
    • 1 petite gousse d'ail
    • 1 c. à soupe zeste de citron (environ 2 citrons)
    • Une généreuse pincée de Sel de mer infernal
    • Poivre fraîchement moulu, au goût
    • Toasts (optionnel):
    • 4 tranches votre pain préféré, grillées
    • 2 avocats tranchés
    • 3 radis tranchés finement
    • Une grosse poignée d'épinards frais

    Préparation

    1. Mettre les betteraves, les pois chiches, le tahini, le jus de citron, l'ail, le zeste de citron, le Sel de mer infernal et le poivre dans le robot culinaire et mélanger jusqu'à consistance lisse. Goûter et ajuster l’assaisonnement si nécessaire.
    2. Servir en trempette ou sur un toast avec des radis, de l'avocat, des épinards et une pincée de Sel de mer infernal.
