    • 2 oz Grapefruit soda
    • 1 oz Lime juice, freshly squeezed
    • 1-1/2 oz Grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
    • 1 Splash Bitters
    • 2 oz Tequila blanco
    • Grapefruit wedge
    • Salt + Chili Margarita Cocktail Rimmer

    Preparation

    1. Rub the rim of a glass with grapefruit and dip in Salt + Chilli Margarita Rimmer.  Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
    2. Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
    3. Pour through a strainer into prepared glass. Top with grapefruit soda, garnish with a grapefruit wedge or peel and serve.

    • 2 oz de soda au pamplemousse
    • 1 oz de jus de lime, fraîchement pressé
    • 1 ½ oz de jus de pamplemousse, fraîchement pressé
    • 1 splash de liqueur amère (bitter)
    • 2 oz de Tequila Blanco
    • Quartier de pamplemousse
    • Givrage Margarita sel + chili

    Préparation

    1. Verser le givrage de verre Sel + chili dans une petite assiette. Frotter le bord d'un verre avec du pamplemousse et plongez-le dans l'assiette. Remplir le verre de glace et réserver.
    2. Dans un shaker, combiner la tequila, le jus de pamplemousse, le jus de lime et la liqueur amère. Remplir le shaker de glace, couvrir et secouer 
    3. Vigoureusement jusqu'à ce que l'extérieur du shaker soit très froid, environ 20 secondes.
    4. Verser à travers un tamis dans le verre préparé. Ajouter le soda au pamplemousse. Garnir d'un quartier ou d'un zeste de pamplemousse et servir.
