    • 30 oz ribeye steak
    • tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp Santa Fe Chipotle Honey

    Preparation

    1. Thinly coat the meat with olive oil then sprinkle generously with Santa Fe Chipotle Honey. Massage to penetrate the flavors. Refrigerate in the fridge for 1-3 hours, then let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
    2. Preheat the BBQ to high and oil grill.
    3. Place the steak on the hot grills and cook for about 3 minutes.
    4. Flip the steak over and repeat (cooking 3 minutes, turning 45 degrees and cooking an additional 3 minutes).
    5. Lower the heat to low, and continue indirect cooking until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for rare or 145°F for medium-rare cooking.
    6. Place the steak on a plate and cover with foil. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

    • 30 oz Steak de faux-filet
    • c. à soupe huile d'olive
    • 1 c. à soupe notre rub Miel et chipotle Santa Fe

    Préparation

    1. Badigeonner la viande d'une fine couche d'huile d'olive puis saupoudrer généreusement de Miel et chipotle Santa Fe. Masser pour faire pénétrer les saveurs. Réfrigérer de 1 à 3 heures, puis laisser reposer à température ambiante pendant 30 minutes avant la cuisson.
    2. Préchauffer le barbecue à haute température et huiler le gril. 3. Placer le steak sur le gril chaud et cuire environ 3 minutes.
    3. Retourner le steak et répéter (cuisson 3 minutes, rotation à 45 degrés et cuisson supplémentaire 3 minutes).
    4. Baisser le feu à doux et poursuivre la cuisson (indirecte) jusqu'à ce que la température interne de la viande atteigne 130°F pour une viande saignante ou 145°F pour une viande médium-saignante.
    5. Mettre le steak sur une assiette et couvrir de papier d'aluminium. Laisser reposer 5 minutes avant de servir.
