They’re crispy. They’re garlicky. They’ve even got a satisfying kick of heat. We’re pretty sure it doesn’t get better than this for breakfast.

Whisk together the Organic Spicy Chili Crunch and oil.
Heat a large pan over medium heat (ideally non-stick or ceramic).
Add the sauce mixture to your pan, spreading evenly. Once the mixture starts to bubble, add your eggs.
As the eggs are cooking, tilt the pan and ladle some hot oil onto the top of the eggs to cook the whites.
Cook the egg to your liking (we love sunny side up with a runny yolk and crispy bottom!). Serve immediately.

Oeufs frits au chili épicé

Ils sont croustillants. Ils sont aillés. Ils ont même un kick de chaleur satisfaisant. On est pas mal certaines qu’il n’y a pas mieux comme déjeuner.

Fouetter ensemble le Croquant au chili épicé biologique et l'huile de sésame.
Faire chauffer une grande poêle à feu moyen (idéalement antiadhésive ou en céramique).
Ajouter le mélange d’huile dans votre poêle en l'étalant uniformément. Lorsque le mélange commence à grésiller, ajoutez vos œufs.
Pendant que les œufs cuisent, inclinez la poêle et versez de l'huile chaude sur le dessus des œufs à l’aide d’une cuillère pour cuire le blanc.
Faites cuire les œufs à votre goût (on aime les nôtres miroir avec le jaune qui coule et le dessous croustillant !). Servir immédiatement.
