TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

When making an online purchase, you have the option to open an account and provide us with the necessary Information to place your order. The Information that is collected includes your full name, email address, shipping address, phone number, as well as financial information (such as your credit card number and expiry date) etc. This Information allows us to contact you and deliver your purchase.

All other categories of Information described in this Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that operate our messaging program (such as our email/SMS platform and our messaging carriers) solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you requested. Kanel reserves the right to disclose the Information as required by law, in response to legal process and law requests, and as necessary to protect the property, interests and rights of Kanel and its affiliates.

MOBILE / SMS MESSAGING

If you opt in to Kanel's SMS program, we collect your mobile number to send you recurring automated marketing text messages, such as new-launch alerts and exclusive offers. Providing your number and consenting to texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the service providers that operate our messaging program (such as our email/SMS platform and our messaging carriers) for the sole purpose of delivering the texts you requested.

Right to object

At any time, you may withdraw consent and object to the use of personal information. In that case, Kanel will keep the data until you choose to unsubscribe but will not use the data except to provide the products or services you requested.

We will investigate the complaint in consultation with the compliance department which is responsible for the use of the data.
