Légèrement piquant, tout en saveur, apporte l'Italie dans l'assiette! Je l'ai utilisé pour mariner du tofu, que j'ai ensuite fait griller à la poêle. Ajout : pennes, épinards, tomates raisins en moitiés, servi avec une pincée de graines de tournesol et des pousses variées. Extra!
