Shipping & returns
Orders ship from our Montreal facility via Canada Post within 24-48 business hours of order placement. Canadian shipping is free on orders over $100, and costs a flat rate of $5 for expedited shipping on smaller orders. Shipping in the continental U.S.A. costs a flat rate of $15 on smaller orders. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail that includes your Canada Post tracking information, so you can follow the progress of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love our salts and spices as much as we do, but if you’re not happy with what you ordered, we offer returns and exchanges on fully sealed goods within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. All kitchenware can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days with receipt. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily assist.
We strive to make sure that our products are packaged with TLC, but damages do happen. In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, please contact email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll send you a replacement product as soon as we can.

How do I return an online purchase?
If you’d like to return something you purchased online, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1 888 205 7258. We’ll happily send you a prepaid shipping label and issue store credit or refund your kanel.com account. Please note that all products must be be fully sealed and unused in order to qualify for returns.
Can I return or exchange an online purchase in store?
We pride ourselves on being fully omnichannel, so yes! Make sure you have your receipt and that all products are fully sealed and unused. If you have a kanel.com account, we can also look up your receipt in store.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail that includes your Canada Post tracking information, so you can follow the progress of your order. We also recommend starting an account on kanel.com so you can check on the status of your order, manage orders and returns and view your order history at any time.
Do you offer express shipping?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada and the continental U.S.A..
My order is taking a long time to arrive. Is it lost?
