Pommes Frites Dipping Sauce

Creamy, tangy and perfectly savoury, this easy dipping sauce was made for a pile of hot, crispy fries.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Fleur de Sel Rouge
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup avocado oil or other neutral oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Your favourite french fries

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the egg, lemon juice, and mustard.

  2. Blend the mixture while slowly drizzling in the oil until it is emulsified.

  3. Add tomato paste and Fleur de sel rouge.

  4. Serve the dipping sauce with crispy french fries.
