Savoury, spicy and loaded with classic Caesar flavour, this Canadian favourite gets an extra-special finish from a perfectly seasoned rim.

Ingredients

  • The Ultimate Caesar Rimmer
  • 6 oz Clamato juice
  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 2�3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2�3 dashes hot sauce, or to taste
  • Ice
  • Celery stalk, pickled bean or asparagus, and lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

  1. Wet the rim of a glass with a lime wedge or pickle juice and dip into The Ultimate Caesar Rimmer.

  2. Fill the glass with ice. Add vodka, Worcestershire, hot sauce and Clamato juice

  3. stir gently.

  4. Garnish with celery, a pickled bean or asparagus, and lime.
