12 chicken thighs and/or legs
3 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour (or substitute with gluten-free flour)
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Organic Louisiana Fried Chicken
½ cup vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the flour and Organic Louisiana Fried Chicken, and place in a shallow plate. Put your breadcrumbs in another shallow plate, and beat the eggs in another bowl.
Pour the oil into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Dredge the chicken piece by piece in the flour, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs, and gently place in your baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then turn pieces over and bake for another 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.

Notes

The only downside will be the lack of leftovers.

12 cuisses et/ou pilons de poulet
3 oeufs
1 tasse farine tout usage (ou de farine sans gluten)
1 tasse chapelure
2 c. à soupe Poulet frit de la Louisiane
½ tasse huile végétale

Préparation

Préchauffer le four à 350 °F.
Mélanger la farine et le mélange Poulet frit de la Louisiane biologique dans une assiette peu profonde. Mettre la chapelure dans une autre assiette peu profonde et battre les œufs dans un autre bol.
Verser l'huile dans un plat de 9 x 13 pouces allant au four.
Morceau par morceau, roulez le poulet dans la farine, puis dans l'œuf, puis dans la chapelure, et déposez-le délicatement dans votre plat allant au four.
Cuire au four pendant 30 minutes, puis retourner les morceaux et cuire pour un autre 30 minutes. Retirer du four et placer les morceaux de poulet sur une grille pour égoutter l'excès d'huile.

Son seul point faible sera le manque de restants.
