    • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
    • 1 medium onion, minced
    • 2 tbsp Butcher’s block
    • ¼ cup heavy cream
    • 1 lbs pasta or gluten free pasta
    • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
    • 2 cup fresh or frozen peas

    1. Bring 4 quarts of salted water to boil in a large pot.
    2. Melt the butter in a large pan. When the butter foams, add the onions and saute over medium heat until they are just beginning to brown around the edges, about 7 minutes.
    3. Add the Porcini Umami and cook for 1-2 minutes.
    4. Stir the cream into the pan and simmer just until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
    5. While preparing the sauce, cook and drain the pasta. Add peas for last 2 minutes of cooking time. Toss the hot pasta with the sauce and grated Parmesan. Serve immediately.

    C’est hyper simple, il suffit d’y ajouter notre épice Bloc du boucher. Ce mélange contient toutes les riches saveurs des cèpes, qui se marient divinement bien avec la consistance copieuse de ce plat.

    Ce dont vous aurez besoin

    • 3 c. à soupe beurre non salé
    • 1 oignon moyen émincé
    • 2 c. à soupe notre mélange Bloc du boucher
    • ¼ tasse crème 35%
    • 1 lbs pâtes ou pâtes sans gluten.
    • ½ tasse fromage parmesan fraîchement râpé, et un peu plus pour garnir
    • 2 tasse pois frais ou surgelés

    1. Porter 4 litres d’eau salée à ébullition.
    2. Faire fondre le beurre dans une grande casserole. Lorsque le beurre mousse, ajouter les oignons et faire revenir à feu moyen jusqu’à ce qu’ils commencent à caraméliser, environ 7 minutes.
    3. Ajouter le mélange Cèpes et umami et cuire encore 1 à 2 minutes.
    4. Ajouter la crème et laisser mijoter jusqu’à ce que sauce épaississe, environ 2 minutes.
    5. Pendant que vous préparez la sauce, faire cuire et égoutter les pâtes. Ajouter les pois pour les 2 dernières minutes de cuisson. Mélanger les pâtes encore chaudes à la sauce et ajouter le fromage parmesan.
