    • 1 large ball of fresh buffalo mozzarella
    • fresh tomatoes, cut into thin rounds
    • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
    • tsp Cold Smoked Sea Salt
    • Extra virgin olive Oil

    Preparation

    1. Place Buffalo mozzarella on a serving platter.
    2. Layer tomatoes and basil around the mozzarella
    3. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Cold Smoked Sea Salt over the entire plate.

    Notes

    Layer it on a bed of arugula if you want to make it a main.

    • c. à thé Sel de mer fumé à froid
    • huile d'olive extra vierge

    1. Placer la mozzarella di bufala sur un plat de service.
    2. Étaler les tomates et le basilic autour de la mozzarella
    3. Arroser d'huile d'olive et saupoudrer de sel de mer fumé à froid sur toute l'assiette.

    Disposez-la sur un lit de roquette pour en faire un plat principal.
