    • 1 lime, cut into 5 wedges
    • 1 cup (8oz) of vodka or gin
    • 7 cup Clamato juice, chilled
    • Worcestershire sauce, to taste
    • Tabasco sauce, to taste
    • Fiery Sea Salt , to taste
    • Ice cubes, as required
    • 4 celery stalks
    • Montreal Bagel Spice Rim Mix (optional)

    Preparation

    1. Wet the rim of four 500mL mason jars using a lime wedge and rim with Montreal Bagel Spice Rim Mix. Add ice to each glass and set aside.
    2. Add worcestershire, tabasco, Clamato juice, gin and Fiery Sea Salt to a large pitcher and stir gently. Adjust ingredients to your taste.
    3. Pour into mason jars and serve immediately.

    Notes

    Serves 4 500ml mason jars!

    Ce dont vous aurez besoin

    • 1 lime coupée en 5 quartiers
    • 1 tasse (8oz) de vodka ou de gin
    • 7 tasse jus de tomate et palourdes (Clamato) froid
    • Sauce Worcestershire, au goût
    • Sauce Tabasco, au goût
    • Sel de mer infernal , au goût
    • Des glaçons, autant que nécessaire
    • 4 branches de céleri
    • Bagel tout garni de Montréal pour givrer les verres (facultif)

    Préparation

    1. Mouiller le rebord de quatre pots Mason de 500 ml à l'aide d'un quartier de lime et givrer avec notre mélange Bagel tout garni de Montréal. Ajouter de la glace dans chaque verre et réserver.
    2. Ajouter la sauce Worcestershire, le Tabasco, le jus (Clamato), la vodka ou le gin et le Sel de mer infernal dans un grand pichet et remuer doucement. Ajuster l’assaisonnement à votre goût.
    3. Verser dans les pots Mason et servir immédiatement.
