    • 2 lbs baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • Holy Grail Garlic Salt (To taste)

    Preparation

    1. Fill large pot (large enough to fit your potatoes) with salted water and bring to a boil
    2. Boil potatoes until tender and drain.
    3. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or ricer.
    4. Add \in sour cream, butter and Holy Grail Garlic salt. Mix until smooth.

    • 2 lbs patates, pelées et coupées en cubes
    • ½ tasse crème sure
    • 2 c. à soupe beurre
    • Sel d'ail Saint-Graal (au goût)

    Préparation

    1. Remplir une grande casserole (assez grande pour vos pommes de terre) d'eau salée et porter à ébullition.
    2. Faire bouillir les pommes de terre jusqu'à tendreté et égoutter.
    3. Piler les pommes de terre avec un pilon à patates ou un presse-purée.
    4. Ajouter la crème sure, le beurre et le Sel d'ail Saint-Graal. Mélanger jusqu'à ce que la purée soit lisse.
