    • 4 chicken breasts or thighs
    • garlic cloves, minced
    • 2 tbsp Golden Lemon Turmeric
    • olive oil
    • pepper, optional

    Preparation

    1. Put your chicken in a medium bowl.
    2. Drizzle with olive oil and add Golden Lemon Turmeric and garlic. Mix well to fully cover the chicken. Marinate for at least two hours in the fridge.
    3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F

    • 4 poitrines ou cuisses de poulet
    • gousses d'ail émincées
    • 2 c. à soupe curcuma doré au citron
    • huile d'olive
    • poivre (facultatif)

    Préparation

    1. Mettre le poulet dans un bol moyen.
    2. Arroser d'huile d'olive et ajouter le Curcuma doré au citron et l'ail. Bien mélanger pour bien enrober le poulet. Laisser mariner au moins deux heures au réfrigérateur.
    3. Placer sur une tôle et cuire au four pendant 45 minutes à 350 °F.
