    • 1 cup jasmine or basmati rice
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 4 tbsp Spiced Pumpkin Blend
    • 1 cup water
    • ½ tsp sea salt
    • 1 cup coconut milk

    Instructions

    Preparation

    1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
    2. Add the Spiced Pumpkin Blend and sauté for 1 minute, stirring gently.
    3. Add the rice and stir until well coated.
    4. Stir in the water, salt, and coconut milk.
    5. Bring to a boil, the reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.

    Notes

    Serve this hearty rice as a side or with curries.

    • 1 tasse riz au jasmin ou basmati
    • 1 c. à soupe huile végétale
    • 4 c. à soupe Mélange citrouille épicée
    • 1 tasse eau
    • ½ c. à thé sel de mer
    • 1 tasse lait de coco

    Préparation

    1. Faire chauffer l'huile dans une poêle à feu moyen-vif.
    2. Ajouter le Mélange citrouille épicée et cuire pendant 1 minute, en remuant doucement.
    3. Ajouter le riz et remuer jusqu'à ce qu'il soit bien enrobé.
    4. Incorporer l'eau, le sel et le lait de coco.
    5. Porter à ébullition, puis réduire le feu à doux. Couvrir et cuire 30 minutes.
