    • tbsp Quebec Maple Smoked Salt
    • Sesame Seeds (optional)

    Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
    2. Place salmon, skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet or in a non-stick pan with an oven-proof handle.
    3. Season generously with Quebec Maple Smoked Salt Bake until salmon is cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
    4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

    • c. à soupe 1 à 2 c. à soupe de Sel fumé à l’érable du Québec
    • Graines de sésame (facultatif)

    Préparation

    1. Préchauffer le four à 450°F.
    2. Placer le saumon, peau vers le bas, sur une tôle anti-adhésive.
    3. Assaisonner généreusement de Sel fumé à l’érable du Québec.
    4. Cuire au four jusqu’à ce que le saumon soit bien cuit, environ 12 à 15 minutes.
    5. Saupoudrer de graines de sésame et servir.
