    • ½ cup tahini
    • ¾ cup water
    • 2 tbsp Golden Lemon Turmeric
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • ½ lbs carrots
    • Optional: garnish with a generous sprinkle of our Sesame Hazelnut Dukka

    Instructions

    Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 425˚F, and line a baking sheet with foil.
    2. While the oven is heating, prepare the sauce by whisking together the first 3 ingredients plus 1 Tbsp of olive oil until you reach your desired consistency.
    3. Toss your carrots with oil, and arrange on your baking sheet and roast until golden brown.
    4. Transfer to a platter and drizzle with Golden Lemon Turmeric sauce.

    Ce dont vous aurez besoin

    • ½ tasse tahini
    • ¾ tasse tasse d’eau
    • 2 c. à soupe notre Curcuma doré au citron
    • 3 c. à soupe huile d’olive
    • 225 g carottes
    • Facultatif : garnir le tout avec une généreuse dose de notre Dukka sésame-noisette

    Préparation

    1. Préchauffer le four à 425˚F et tapisser une tôle de papier aluminium.
    2. Pendant que le four chauffe, préparer la sauce en fouettant ensemble les 3 premiers ingrédients et 1 c. à soupe d’huile d’olive jusqu’à l’obtention de la consistance désirée.
    3. Disposer les carottes sur la tôle et les badigeonner d’huile. Faire rôtir au four jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées.
    4. Les mettre dans un plat de service et les arroser avec la sauce tahini au Curcuma doré.
