    • ¼ cup rice vinegar, plus extra
    • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter, plus extra
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce, plus extra
    • 1 tsp Bangkok Night Market, plus extra
    • Pinch Fiery Sea Salt , plus extra
    • Splash of Olive oil, plus extra

    Preparation

    1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until peanut butter is fully emulsified with the liquid ingredients and no lumps appear.

    Notes

    Use as a salad dressing, drizzle over bok choy, or just as a rice topper and consider your appetite satisfied.

    • 1 c. à soupe sauce soya, plus extra
    • 1 c. à thé Saveurs de Bangkok, plus extra
