    Whole Herb Roasted Cauliflower

    Something special happens to cauliflower when it gets roasted–and no, we're not just talking about its golden-brown, carmalized edges. This veg takes on a nutty, buttery flavour in the heat of the oven and gets hearty enough to fill you up, especially when it's coated with our herby A Sprinkle of Sunshine mix and topped with breadcrumbs and cheese.

    • 1 head of cauliflower, greens removed
    • 2 tbsp salted butter
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp A Sprinkle of Sunshine
    • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced/crushed
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp pepper
    • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    Instructions

    Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Mix all ingredients together in bowl (except for parsely, parmisan, breadcrumbs, cauliflower)
    3. Place cauliflower in a baking dish, brush with mixture
    4. Cover with foil, place in oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover, add cheese & breadcrumbs. Bake for another 15 minutes

    Ce dont vous aurez besoin

    • 1 tête de chou-fleur, les feuilles enlevées
    • 2 c. à soupe beurre salé
    • 2 c. à soupe huile d'olive
    • 1 c. à soupe Une pincée de soleil
    • 1 c. à soupe chapelure
    • 1 c. à soupe fromage parmesan râpé
    • 2 gousses d'ail, hachées/écrasées
    • ½ c. à thé sel
    • ¼ c. à thé poivre
    • 2 c. à soupe persil frais, haché

    Préparation

    1. Préchauffer le four à 400F.
    2. Mélanger tous les ingrédients dans un bol (sauf le persil, le parmesan, la chapelure et le chou-fleur).
    3. Placer le chou-fleur dans un plat allant au four et badigeonnez-le du mélange.
    4. Couvrir de papier d'aluminium, mettre au four pendant 30 minutes. Retirer le papier, ajouter le fromage et la chapelure. Cuire encore 15 minutes.
