Fresh, juicy and full of bright flavour, this easy salsa comes together in minutes and makes taco night instantly better.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Organic Taco Night
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ small red onion, finely diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine tomatoes, red onion, cilantro and jalapeño, if using.

  2. Add lime juice and Organic Taco Night and toss to combine.

  3. Taste and add a little more Taco Night if desired. Serve with tortilla chips or your favourite tacos.
