Sweet Korean Salmon

Tender salmon coated in a sticky, sweet-and-savoury Korean-inspired glaze with just enough heat to keep things interesting.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sweet Korean Heat
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- Sliced green onions, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 425�F / 220�C.
Whisk together Sweet Korean Heat, low-sodium soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, fresh lime juice and ginger.
Place the salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spoon the glaze generously over each fillet.
Bake for 8�12 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon is just cooked through and the glaze is glossy and caramelized.
Spoon any remaining glaze from the pan over the salmon and finish with green onions and sesame seeds.
